Refunds

If you have received damaged or faulty goods and wish to return or exchange them, please inform us by email no later than 7 (seven) days from the time of delivery or collection: [email protected] or by phone: +370 672 80020 weekdays 9-18. For claims about poor product quality, you must provide a photo of the poor quality product.

Replacements or returns are subject to prior agreement on the time and place of collection. We will pay all costs of returning or replacing the goods.

The money for the returned items will be credited to the bank account from which you paid for the purchases no later than 5 (five) working days from the date of return.

Goods of defective quality shall be replaced or returned in accordance with Article 6.362 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania (“Replacement and Return of Things”) and Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania on the Approval of Retail Trade Rules.

Skoningai dienai UAB undertakes to replace goods of unsatisfactory quality or to refund the money paid for them if the goods are of unsatisfactory quality due to the seller’s or manufacturer’s fault and free from irregularities caused by the Buyer’s fault (improper use, replacement of parts, etc.).
