Smoked paprika has a mild aroma and smoky flavor with a bit of spiciness. It is often called the ‘secret’ ingredient and is used in meat, fish, rice and pasta dishes, tomato dishes, poultry, stews, soups, pilaf, stuffed dishes and sauces. All dishes will carry a smokey aroma.
