Most of us can hardly imagine winter or the season festivities without a glass of hot wine. The damp and windy autumn, the puffs of upcoming winter, cold nights and snow outside seem to be calling for a hearty, warm and savory drink flavored with cinnamon, oranges, cardamom and cloves…
Instructions: Pour about a quarter of liter of water into a pot and bring it to a boil. Add a spoonful of the Mulled Wine spice mix. Boil for 5 minutes. Add 1 l of red wine and heat it up. Please be careful to not bring the wine to a boil as the alcohol will evaporate leaving the drink bitter. Sweeten mulled wine as you like.
