Sheng (raw) Pu-Erh tea from Yunnan, pressed into a traditional approximately 357 g Beeng Cha cake. Mild, fruity and full-bodied, with a flavour that evolves over time – Sheng Pu-Erh matures naturally, allowing its character to develop as the tea ages.
Leaf: greenish-golden, medium-sized leaves with light tips, flat and round pressed.
Cup: clear, yellowish, tending towards orange.
Character: mild, fruity and full-bodied.
Special features: a 2020 Sheng Pu-Erh. The sun-dried tea leaves are carefully selected by hand, arranged and gently pressed. Unlike Shu Pu-Erh, this tea does not undergo accelerated fermentation – it matures naturally after pressing.
A Pu-Erh whose story continues to be written by time.
