Bird’s eye chili is a small and pointy chili pepper also known as Piri Piri. They are prevalent in Asia and mostly used for curry dishes, salads, sauces and marinades. Piri Piri is also added to oil and can be ground or chopped to flake size to flavor soups, stews and other dishes. The seeds of this chili are especially hot. In case of seeking a milder taste, we highly recommend removing the seeds first.
