Black tea is mixed with spices following a traditional recipe. Ayurvedic tea is usually flavored with a splash of milk and sweetened with honey but regular sugar or condensed milk can also be used.
🌿 Instructions No. 1: Steep one teaspoon of the blend in hot water (100°C) for 6-10 min. Strain the tea, fill about a third of the cup with warm milk and sweeten with honey.
🌿 Instructions No. 2: Add 3 teaspoons of the blend to 1 l of boiling water, cover it and boil for half an hour on low heat. At the end, add 2 teaspoons of black tea (loose leaves are recommended), steep for another 3-5 min. and add one quarter of a liter of warm milk. Sweeten with honey, sugar or condensed milk.
