Cocoa beans for chocolate and cocoa powder are carefully selected, roasted, deshelled and chopped. Cocoa butter is obtained from chopped beans and the remaining mass is milled to make cocoa powder. To ensure better distribution of cocoa powder within the liquid, its mass is alkalized, i.e., most often processed with potassium carbonate.
Our cocoa has as many as 22% of cocoa butter that has antioxidative qualities and many vitamins and minerals. Not to mention the rich flavor and the delicious aroma it gives!
This cocoa is perfect for making a cup of hot chocolate, milkshakes, puddings, pastries and other desserts.
